March Students of the Month

During the All School Celebration at Dr. S.G. Knight, March Students of the Month were recognized. Those students chosen showing Flyer Pride during March were (pictured left to right, front) Bentley Sherman, Gwennyth Ruby,(pictured left to right, back) Adelyn Czech, Ryan Petersen, Michael Sharon, Isaac Wozniak, Ben Hansen, Lucille Linkert, & Jake Powell. Congratulations!

Yesterday, Thursday April 25th, Heartland Readers Theater visited Dr. Knight for a second day in a row and read stories to 2nd and 3rd grade. All 6 of the stories (3 for each grade) were fantastic, but Up North at the Cabin by Marsha Wilson Chall was a huge hit with the 3rd graders

Heartland Reader’s Theater visited with kindergarten and 1st grade students!

Heartland Reader’s Theater visited with kindergarten and 1st grade students today at Dr. S.G. Knight. The theater group read three stories to kindergarten and three more stories to first grade. Thank you, Heartland Reader's Theater! It is amazing what happens when adults who love to read come in and share their talents and passion with our students.
